Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Wicked Bio Peptides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and Use. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Wicked Bio Peptides.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Wicked Bio Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Purchasing any product constitutes your representation and warranty that you will use the product solely for lawful scientific research purposes and not for human or animal consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis, or any other purpose inconsistent with our Research Use Disclaimer.

Any use of products outside of this scope is a material breach of these terms and constitutes misuse of the product.

Eligibility

Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in United States dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order ships. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges except in the case of a confirmed carrier loss or damage, as described in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wicked Bio Peptides, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of any product, including damages resulting from misuse, personal injury, or violation of any applicable law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riverside County, California.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
