Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. We ship nationwide from Riverside County, California.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed by 12 PM PST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends and federal holidays ship on the next business day.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Wicked Bio Peptides.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs before opening and contact us at the email address below. For packages confirmed lost by USPS, contact us and we will work with you to file a claim. Resolution is subject to the outcome of the USPS claim process.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the integrity required for scientific use, we are unable to accept returned products under any circumstances.
